For the show, designer Simone Rocha welcomed her guests to the Methodist Church in Westminster, a venue trimmed with wooden accents. With a musical accompaniment of sinister melodies.

Billowing silhouettes in neutral tones, while striking reds accompanied each look. Filled roses, pressed ribbons, trapped lace ran through her eye-catching collection. Ribbed fabrics also shimmered under the spotlight cemented in gold, dressing metallic coats and dresses with puffed sleeves and an antique finish. Leather ensembles featured delicate embroidery on the chest, while distressed lapels settled on leather outerwear. The designer formally plays with different creations, men’s suits were combined, e.g. with leather skirts and beaded shoulder embellishments, different transparent bodysuits that were adorned with lace details and bow décor.

Loose threads of yarn dangled from woven blazers, quilted bomber jackets and puffy dresses, while floral badges studded almost every garment.

Always keeping her romance under control, Rocha grounded this collection with her usual brogues, white tractor soles, slippers and pink platforms. It was a show of great elegance and strength that drew thunderous applause at the finale.
