There is a photograph that explains an entire career in a single frame. Raquel Sanchez stands on a conductor’s podium in a grand ballroom, baton raised, an orchestra at her feet, models in evening gowns gliding down a runway behind her, chandeliers blazing above candlelit gala tables. It is not a costume and it is not a pose. It is simply what she does for a living, captured in one glorious second: Raquel Sanchez, known across the events world as The Orchestr8or, conducts fashion, music and philanthropy until they sound like one piece of music.
Her own tagline says it in three words: People. Presence. Possibility. Sanchez calls herself an Architect of Influence, and the architecture is real. Through her company, KTM Events Inc., she brings together two communities, Kiss The Monkeys and Kiss The Mermaids, a glittering orbit of celebrities, philanthropists, entrepreneurs, artists and speakers. Wherever that orbit lands, a room changes temperature. People arrive as guests and leave as collaborators.
In New York, her presence reaches all the way to Rockefeller Center. Her production „Once Upon a Runway: A Toy Story“ joined a Bentley event promotion with the FAO Schwarz charity fashion gala benefiting St. Jude, turning one of the most famous toy stores on earth into a runway with a mission. Fashion walked, cameras flashed, and the beneficiary was a children’s hospital. That blend, glamour with a conscience, is the Sanchez signature, the same spirit that fills New York’s gala season, from the diplomacy and leadership evening that gathered guests from more than 40 countries to charity nights across Manhattan.
On the other coast, her signature experience is The Beverly Hills Ball, staged at a private estate in Trousdale Estates, where fashion, live performance, celebrity guests and philanthropy share one candlelit evening. It is the West Coast twin of her New York work: exclusive, yes, but built around giving.
Sanchez began onstage. As founder of Fishnet Mafia Productions, she built her name in performance and choreography, and that movement never left her work. She directs runways, shapes pageant presentations and handles creative production for shows including the El Camp runway, Ulyly Swimwear and UNLEASHED at Wattles Mansion. A choreographer thinks in entrances, timing and crescendos, and Sanchez simply scaled that thinking up to entire evenings.
The boardroom followed naturally. She is Chief Marketing Officer of Assuaged Marketing, where her portfolio covers brand positioning, public relations, editorial contributions and media outreach. She is also the strategic partner of Jennifer Murphy in GoGirl 88, connecting event production, relationships and creative strategy with Murphy’s women’s empowerment platform across media, live events, speaking and community. Two platforms, one instinct: put the right people in the right room and something good happens.
Long before the ballrooms, there was Chicago, 2013. When Typhoon Haiyan devastated the Philippines, Sanchez became a core organizer of Help for Haiyan at the Rizal Center. She launched the Facebook community, mobilized volunteers, secured corporate donations and helped attract television coverage for the relief effort. It is the chapter of her story that explains all the others: the galas were never just parties. They were instruments.
The recognition has followed the work. Sanchez has been honored through the Women’s Economic Forum, received President’s Volunteer Service Award Gold award certificates, and earned humanitarian recognition from the UNA-USA Coachella Valley Chapter. Her speaking and consulting topics, community building, entrepreneurship and women’s empowerment, have taken her to GoGirlEx, The Best You Expo, BizCon, Voices of Impact and Top Talent Hollywood.
Her 2026 calendar keeps the tempo: MGOF at The Preserve LA, GoGirl at Saban Theatre, and event strategy, VIP and media outreach and production consulting for Cufflinks International and Pearls Infinity Live, a charity gala supporting children in Ethiopia. Philanthropy at that scale is a movement this site follows closely, from Monaco’s first summit on philanthropy to evenings like hers.
Look at the photograph once more. The baton is real, the orchestra is real, and so is the philosophy underneath it. Every great evening, Sanchez believes, is a score: hundreds of details that must enter on cue. She just happens to be the one holding the stick, smiling, certain that when people, presence and possibility play together, the music takes care of itself.
Presence. Possibility. Menschen.
Exklusiv? Ja!
