SIMONE ROCHA PRESENTS HER NEW COLLECTION FOR SS23 IN LONDON

Irish-born designer Simone Rocha showed her Spring/Summer 2023 collection for London Fashion Week at the historic site of The Old Bailey.

Rocha embodies the contrast of sensitivity, masculinity, strength and femininity in her fashion.
Simone Rocha presented a play of shapes and volumes in her collection.
Large bomber jacket interspersed with bubbles and the oversized, gathered gloves. Elsewhere, mainly fragments of and tulle-clad designs, zipped trousers, silver mini dresses and figure-hugging corsets dominated the catwalk. The designer not only presented her first full menswear collection, but also managed to combine this novelty with house codes and her expected attention to detail across both lines.

Harnessing a feeling.

Fragility, remorse, anger and nature.
A reaction to distress, digging deep and digging the earth
The earth healing with Echinacea,
Chamomile, Daisies, Daisy in chains
Summer wool, sequin daisy,
Quilted tulip faille coats.
Bomber satin uniform.
Constructed volume, disrupted proportions, a new proposition.
Unzipping and revealing what is beneath
Pausing, running
An urgency.

Th star designer earned a standing ovation. A sensational success for designer Simone Rocha
