When Bob Bogard, the Director of Public Relations of O’Bayley Communications, reaches out to us, the editorial office is all smiles. He updates on the most exciting architectural and artistic time of the year: The Modernism Palm Springs events! Palm Springs, the town known for boutique hotels, mountain hiking, Hollywood glitz and glamour, modernism architecture and art. Frank Sinatra, The Rat Pack, Liza Minnelli, Judy Garland, Cher and Bono have all been part of the Palm Springs society over the years, and the Elvis Presley Honeymoon house is still there, completely preserved in its original appearance.
A Story by Award Winning Managing Editor His Highness Dr. Prince Mario-Max zu Schaumburg-Lippe.
The sixth annual Palm Springs Modernism Show and Sale in its Fall Edition was held during Modernism Week’s Fall Preview and showcased more than 40 premier national and international decorative and fine arts dealers from all over America. October 18-20, the Palm Springs Convention Center, located at 277 North Avenida Caballeros in Palm Springs, California, became the hub of arts, an intimate version of the huge annual Palm Springs Modernism Show and Sale held in February.
