Natasha Stefanovic Stunningly runs the hottest gallery event series of New York City.

Wednesday Mar 20, 2019 she opened a new show at NYC Top Spot La Esquina on 203 Lafayette St. in New York, NY. La Esquina Gallery was also pleased to announce ‘material observations’, an exhibition of new works
by STEVEN LEMON.

Spanning paintings, drawings, mixed media and sculptures the exhibit on view combines both the real and the abstract world. Lemon’s work balances between the man-made and the natural environment; between minimal forms and expressionistic gestures, demonstrating unassuming techniques emphasizing line, form and color. His visual vocabulary is drawn from observation of the world around him —
shapes and colors found in architecture, shadows, plants — and has been shaped by his interest in the spaces between places and objects.
Steven Lemon graduated from the Dayton Art Institute in 1969 and received his graduate degree from Baltimore’s Rhinehart Graduate School of Sculpture in 1972. He has lived and
worked in Tribeca since 1974. „It’s the artist’s responsibility to search without rules or methods.“ „I’ve always considered the last piece I did to be the first in a new direction.“ – S.L ‘material observations’, curated by Natasha Stefanovic, opened on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 from 6-8 pm at La Esquina (203 Lafayette St). The exhibit is on view until May 15, 2019 daily from noon to 10 pm. The popular gallery is always packed with celebrity friends and followers of Natasha and her amazing art discoveries.
