New York’s white-tie season started in a perfume-scented room rather than a ballroom. Inside the Guerlain Wellness Spa and Boutique at the Waldorf Astoria, Silvia Frieser hosted the official VIP kickoff for the 2026 Viennese Opera Ball season, welcoming guests from fashion, the arts and philanthropy.
