Yesterday was Saint Dominic, founder of the Order of Preachers. Today is Saint Teresa Benedicta of the Cross, Edith Stein, Carmelite and Co-Patroness of Europe. Tomorrow is Saint Lawrence, deacon of Rome. The day after tomorrow is Saint Clare of Assisi, who left a life of comfort to follow Jesus, poor and humble, in the footsteps of Saint Francis.
