…chicory opens under a white  sky and turns into a field…a  sprout soon becomes leaf and  slowly flower…delicate tart  taste of soft and jagged  shapes, comfort and surprise.  always…chicory dresses speak  of regrowth and transformation, life  that emerges in the extremes, regenerated  fabrics that take on new shapes…wools in all  natural colours, from the white of the morning to  the non-colour of the night…from the orange sun to yellow, to green, to grey, to air… from root to leaf, in tea, salad or pastry; each of its parts is precious and nothing is wasted.
